The documentary Injustice chronicles the fight for justice of seven families whose members died in police custody, or in encounters with the police. None of the police officers involved in these killings have been prosecuted or disciplined. Six of the families are Black (African Caribbean), the seventh is Irish.
I was privileged to interview the director, Ken Fero, recently. In addition to Injustice, we talked about his new film, Ultraviolence.
